Creative-Cables is an Italian brand that specializes in do-it-yourself luminaires mainly produced in Europe. In 2019, the brand wanted to redirect its digitale communication on the French and Belgian markets and Headerpop intervened in this context.
Headerpop accompanied the launch of the DIY brand’s community management for Creative-Cable Belgium. We also carried out a communication strategy on social networks for the French public.
At the same time, we helped the brand to optimise the presentation of their e-shop to the French and Belgian public and to create specific content according to their editorial needs.
The Headerpop Community Managers lifestyle team analysed the most interesting communication angles on social networks for this Italian brand that is re-inventing the luminaire.
They selected the appeal of “do it yourself”, the proposed innovation and European manufacturing. Based on these determining elements, our team created an editorial charter and a post calendar in collaboration with the Creative-Cables communication department.
An acquisition, advertising and loyalty strategy was set up on Facebook, Instagram and for their Newsletter.
