Visit Tournai is the tourist office of the city of Tournai. This city in the south of Belgium has a rich architectural heritage with more than 2000 years of history and two sites classified as UNESCO heritage. The city is also known for its many festivals and traditions as well as its two renowned art schools.

During the workshops on Tourist Communication City Trip of Tournai, the Tourist Office team and Headerpop identified the messages and highlights of the tourist route.

Following these reflections, the Headerpop team proposed a positioning in accordance with the city DNA based on 4 main differentiating themes: Impressive, Exciting, Artistic and Bon Vivant. The slogan “Tournai, a different point of view” was then imagined to support this message.

A content strategy completed this positioning with the realization of photos and video reports and drone.

Our team in charge of digital, has created a new touristic website for Visit Tournai by taking up the strategic elements defined beforehand.

We used a CMS under Python/ Django (Wagtail) which promotes security, user experience and audiovisual content management.
