Tich, in Brusseleir means… wienie. But it can also be used as a loving nickname! Anyway, TICH is now the new vegan spot in Brussels. Established in Namur street, this canteen is 100% plant-based. Thought as a concept store more than a restaurant, the place is ultra cosy and well decorated. Armchairs, bleachers filled with pillows, large tables, high windows that let light through… we eat while resting!
What does their menu offer? Breakfasts as beautiful as balanced (acai bowl, pancake, granola,…) but also a short menu for lunch (4 dishes in addition to soup and hot dish of the day). We loved boost drinks: fresh juices and smoothies. Everything is to take away or to eat on the spot, and of course the food is vegan, for the most part organic and without additives. Desserts are also sugar-free and gluten-free and even the water is pure and filtered.
TICH is also a place where you can stroll and buy decorative objects, cookbooks, fair trade and organic cotton clothing bearing the TICH logo… There’s even an organic grocery corner.
For 15€, we eat vegan AND relax AND we can do a little shopping… In short, TICH has understood everything and deserves to become the lifestyle spot to discover.
